Task: Execute Operational Readiness Assessment On Staff Transfer
The objective of this task is to assess whether Capgemini and the planned to-be-transferred employees are ready to move from the Client, the Incumbent(s) and/or the Third party services supplier into the Capgemini teams and start in the assigned roles and with the assigned responsibilities.

The Operational Readiness Assessment would need to answer the question if all the resources that are planned to transfer have: 

  • Signed the Capgemini employment contract?
  • Been through the Capgemini on-boarding process?
  • What fallback options do we have in case the to-be-transferred staff does not show up at Service Commencement date?

The artifact Operational Readiness Assessment Log For Staff Transfer is created and kept up-to-date to show (potential) show stoppers including the appropriate mitigation actions.
